This PM will manage the roadmap and ensure each product release is successful by fostering team collaboration, continuous improvement and representing the voice of the customer. You will take responsibility for what features are built, helping the cross functional team of developers, designers, and testers understand vision and priority.

Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Inspires and leads development team with manager’s support but not authority. 
• Breaks features into vertically sliced stories and clearly communicates these requirements to engineers and designers via user stories, use case scenarios and acceptance criteria to help focus the team on solving the right challenges.
• Take accountability for/own the successful development and delivery of all roadmap releases and features along with achieving product goals and KPIs. 
• Proactively problem-solve product development issues, escalating to senior leadership as needed.  Assist services and engineering troubleshooting product escalations from customers.
• Validate opportunities and solutions with internal customers as part of defining the product strategy, vision, and roadmap. 
• Uses customer insights and data to derive a compelling product value proposition and vision for the next 3-5 years. 
• Clearly define product metric goals and the right mechanisms to collect, track, report and react to the data, reporting on product metrics to leadership on a regular basis 
• Master the knowledge and tools to be ready for internal training and demos.

Qualifications

We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor nor transfer visas for this position, however. This includes candidates that are on OPT status.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, tech, design or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Product Manager role in an agile environment
• Record of delivering features on time with quality and value (with an ability to modify scope)
• Ability to be onsite 3 days per week in our Weston FL office as of week one of employment

Preferred skills/traits
• Comfortable working in a highly technical environment, working with software development and user experience teams, architects, customers, peers, etc.
• Ability to work independently to define and prioritize product features
• Analytical skills to understand product vision and break it into smaller but still valuable pieces
• Familiarity working with software development methods such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, unit testing, modules, agile development, etc.
• Familiarity with managing multiple roadmaps, and understanding how people use complex products or broad suites is a plus 
• Design system knowledge
• Experience working with a team abroad
• Familiarity with mapping user flows, and understanding how people use complex products or broad suites is a plus
