As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with developers, customers, other product managers and designers in conceptualizing and developing features for our Talent Acquisition - Onboarding product.
At this hybrid role, you will also assist in the definition, development, and documentation of both technical and business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and write user stories with the development team to ensure they are prepared for iterations prior to PI planning.

About the role,

• Conduct research on emerging application development software products, languages, and standards in support of development efforts
• Liaise with vendors or internal platform teams to understand requirements to implement tooling, integrations with a steady focus on resiliency, stability and the ability to proactively monitor our systems to support our customers
• Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades.
• Generate statistics and write reports for management and/or team members on the status of features slated on the roadmap
• Work with the Product, and Engineering Managers to ensure that features prioritized are well – scoped defined and completed by scheduled delivery dates.
• Kick off features to the team and ensure retros, stand ups, and other team meetings

Qualifications

About you,

Basic Qualifications:

• Prior experience interviewing end-users for insight on functionality, interface, problems, and/or usability issues
• Hands-on experience developing test cases and test plans
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
• Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and technical teams
• Technically astute and capable of learning and understanding new technologies
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Knowledge of JIRA, AHA, PENDO, and SQL

Preferred Qualifications:

• . Understanding of Mongo DB, Test Rails, and of coding methods and best practices is a huge plus.
