On September 1, UKG acquired the Great Place to Work® Institute, the global authority and thought leader on building great places for all. While Great Place to Work will continue operating independently within the UKG family, its research and insights will help UKG differentiate its best-in-class HR, talent and workforce management technology.
The Product Marketing Manager role will focus on evangelizing Great Place to Work solutions to internal sales and marketing colleagues, integrate the value of the solutions in customer and prospect messaging, and serve as the marketing lead for Great Place to Work at UKG. The goal is to leverage Great Place to Work to help competitively position our UKG solutions, elevate our messaging, and enable our sales team to successfully sell UKG offerings and continue strengthening our position in the market.
The Product Marketing Manager is a strategic, creative, self-motivated individual with an understanding of the human capital management (HCM) market, in disciplines such as HR, Payroll, Talent, Workforce Management and Benefits. S/he will be responsible for collaborating with individuals throughout the company to plan, research, and produce compelling product messaging and content used to educate prospective new customers or existing customers, and drive revenue. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Product Marketing, and collaborates frequently with other teams across Marketing, Product Development, Services and Sales.

- Develop messaging and communications for near, mid, and long term go to market strategy for Great Place to Work solutions in the UKG portfolio.
- Communicate the value of Great Place to Work solutions to internal and external audiences
- Work with marketing colleagues – demand generation, web, PR and others – to develop messaging that supports awareness and accelerates lead progressions
- Work with sales enablement to develop learning content for sales and presales
- Identify content and curate Great Place to Work thought leadership for UKG customers
- Speak as subject-matter expert both internally and externally to promote the value of Great Place to Work for UKG and our customers
- Work closely with the Corporate Strategy team to represent marketing in future acquisition integrations as appropriate
- Document a process that will serve as a template for future acquisitions

Qualifications

- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Superior organizational skills to effectively manage competing projects with tight deadlines
- Ability to present to senior executives
- Understanding of marketing principles, theories, and concepts
- Keen creative eye, enthusiastic and growth mindset
- Strong people skills with the ability to interact well with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of B2B enterprise space
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- 4+ years’ experience in Marketing field
- 2+ years' experience working in Product Marketing for B2B technology
