We are seeking a customer focused Talent Support Specialist to provide front-line support to external customers. Qualified candidates will have excellent communication skills and will be responsible for building a strong working relationship with the customer base. Support is provided primarily by telephone and internet connectivity. You will be part of a team that plays a key role in supporting our award winning Human Resources, Onboarding, Recruitment, Performance Management, Career Development and Succession Management solutions. You will be providing in-depth analysis and timely resolutions/workarounds for client issues. The ideal candidate should possess a general knowledge of human resource concepts, recruitment and regulations. The Talent Management Representative role requires sharp analysis, problem determination, and troubleshooting skills. The qualified candidate possesses broad experience in handling difficult or sensitive situations, in a professional, timely, and thorough manner. Qualified candidates are self-starters and highly motivated to provide excellent customer service.
Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Provide front-line support to external customers
• Build a strong working relationship with our customer base
• Provide in-depth analysis and timely resolutions/workarounds for our clients

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Customer Support environment
• Human Resource Generalist experience, which includes one or more of the following: Recruiting, new hire onboarding, and / or performance reviews
• Prior experience following or developing defined staffing and retention programs, its policies and activities in support of company business objectives
• Knowledge of ATS systems and onboarding processes preferred
• Professional Human Resources (PHR) is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree: Business Admin, Computer Science, or Human Resources preferred OR equivalent experience
