Description

We are seeking a customer focused Talent Specialty Product Support Representative to provide front-line support to external customers through incoming calls and cases supporting our Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance Management products. You will be part of a team supporting our clients by adding value to Ultimate Kronos Group's reputation of being a world-class provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) support.

• Detect, identify, reproduce, document and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues encountered by our customers and follow-up accordingly
• Proactively maintain and update customers’ information in internal tools
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure notification/action and resolution of client issues
• Actively take on additional responsibilities to improve our internal processes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our products
• Be in direct contact with our customers on a daily basis and work closely with other Product Support team members, but also Customer Success and Product/Development teams

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ATS systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Window Operating Systems/Applications and Microsoft
• SQL Server preferred
• Strong decision-making, multi-tasking, analytical, and deductive reasoning skills
• Possess the confidence to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative to resolve complex issues
