Ultimate Kronos Group is seeking individuals who have a passion for providing world-class customer service. In this Product Support role, you will provide front-line support to our external customers through incoming calls and cases supporting our Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance Management products. You will be part of a team supporting our clients by adding value to Ultimate Kronos Group's reputation of being a world-class provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) support.

To be successful in this fast-paced and high-volume environment, you need strong deductive reasoning, time management, and technical skills. The qualified candidate possesses broad experience in handling difficult or sensitive situations, in a professional, timely, and thorough manner. We are searching for someone who enjoys taking initiative, is empathetic, detail-oriented, and understands that every interaction they make is an opportunity to add value to Ultimate Kronos Group's reputation of being a world-class provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) support.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Provide world-class customer support and experiences through various mediums (telephone, chat, email, etc.)
• Troubleshoot product issues from our clients and partners
• Professionally communicate with clients at management level and above both verbally and through written communication
• Accurately document and manage workload in a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
• Be a contributing member of a team that is agile and able to support various business needs
• Ability to quickly learn and master specific areas of the business and tasks as determined by business needs and function
• Shift for this role will be 8:30AM to 5:30PM PST


• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer support and/or technical support environment preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Domain knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Customer Relationship Management systems (CRMs) preferred
• Strong decision-making, multi-tasking, analytical, and deductive reasoning skills
• Possess the confidence to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative to resolve complex issues
• Be accountable and metric-driven
