As a Program Manager supporting UKG’s technology team, you will have an exciting opportunity to help our people with executing against our strategy of becoming a world-class enterprise SaaS provider. This role is vital in helping to transform our global team of over 2600 team members in 10 countries by managing key programs designed to help our teams with achieving operational excellence.

In this role, you will manage programs that drive organizational changes, adoption of new behaviors in support of the changes, rollout of new technologies, establishing and managing a Guild program that fosters knowledge sharing, ideation, best practices, and much more! You will not only help create the strategy, but also guide our internal stakeholders at the leadership level to align on overall objectives and outcomes of the engagement and the KPIs to measure its success. You will be accountable for leading the execution to achieve the desired value and outcomes.

Our business and customer needs are growing, and this role is designed to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities that requires flexibility and adaptability. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate ongoing curiosity and creativity, balanced with the ability to distill numerous inputs/ideas into meaningful actions and recommendations.

• Manage and execute against programs that drive critical change for the technology team, while bringing key stakeholders along the journey
• Drive the program strategy as well as the alignment of outcomes and KPIs to measure the engagement’s success at the executive level
• Deliver the Program as agreed and manage senior stakeholders to achieve the aligned upon deliverables and outcomes
• Manage and align the different workstreams within the program to achieve the holistic business outcomes
• Partner with cross-functional constitutes (Global Support, Cloud, Professional Services, etc.) to ensure cross-functional dependencies are accounted for and consulting with all necessary parties to ensure overall success of our customers, our team, and cross-functional business partners


• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• 5+ years of experience delivering cross-functional projects
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management
• 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• PMP Certification
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
• Demonstrated negotiation, conflict management, and leadership skills preferred
• Demonstrated history of delivering successful programs that result in measurable business value preferred
• Ability to negotiate and collaborate across groups to achieve program buy in, adoption and success preferred
• Drive to continuously learn and build new skills rapidly preferred
• The ability to advise and lead teams through influence without positional authority preferred
• Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong communication skills, both verbal and written preferred
• Ability to quickly build momentum on a program and sustain it preferred
• Comfortable delivering presentations and engaging with senior leaders preferred
• Ability to plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously with the flexibility to adapt preferred
• Innovative, out of the box, critical thinker to overcome challenges preferred
