About the Team:The Value Stream Acceleration Services team, part of the Engineering, Product, Innovation and Cloud (EPIC) organization, is responsible for serving a portfolio of value streams that feed into an enterprise SaaS product, with the goal of accelerating the delivery of value to customers. The team is composed of highly skilled practitioners who have expertise in their respective areas and work collaboratively to ensure that value streams are delivering maximum value. The team is committed to driving innovation, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction, and is focused on accelerating better outcomes for our people and our customers.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager, Global Insights to join our team. In this role, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team tasked with managing internal and external product feedback loops to deliver key insights and recommendations informed by qualitative and quantitative research to drive better business outcomes and experiences. You will also establish and maintain a partnership with our Global Services organization to ensure EPIC and Global Services are in lock step with each other to drive mutually shared outcomes.

• Exhibit influencing skills to effectively drive project and program efforts
• Continuously improve the product feedback loops, identifying and implementing standards and best practices
• Able to work independently with a moderate level of guidance and direction
• Assist with and oversee the collection of product feedback from various sources
• Leverage data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights, and provide recommendations in a clear and concise manner
• Monitor and report feedback metrics and use this data to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics/Science, Statistics, Business/Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or equivalent required
• 2-3 years of experience in technical program management, product management, product feedback loops, professional services or support, or equivalent role, preferably in an enterprise SaaS environment
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex projects from initiation to closure, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals
• Experience with customer feedback, survey design, facilitating in-depth interviews, focus groups, and/or retrospective sessions; leveraging data analysis; and reporting persuasive and compelling findings
• Experience with Enterprise office collaboration, product management and program/project management tools are a plus (Microsoft 365, Aha!, Jira, Smartsheet)
• Able to perform in a hybrid-office role, requiring three or more days per week in the office
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with UKG Product Suites, or with HCM Solutions (Human Capital Management)
• Project Management Professional or SAFe certification
• Strong technical background, with experience in software development and/or IT operations - experience using Agile methodologies a plus
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, and able to present complex data in a clear and concise manner (PowerBI, Python, SQL and Big Query is a plus)
• Experience with feedback and behavior tools – Pendo & Qualtrics is a plus
• Ability to ask relevant questions to understand requirements and context, as well as ability to receive and incorporate feedback
• Out-of-the-box thinker and results-driven problem solver, who is excited to dive into tough problems, and committed to delivering clear business outcomes
