Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple projects in varying size and scope and ensure quality delivery of projects on time. Develop an integrated plan that includes project deliverables, milestones, risks /constraints, change management. Report progress regularly.
• Support / be responsible for key projects such as the HRBP Knowledge Library
• Be the People Solutions spoc on cross functional project teams e.g. M&A, Open Enrollment etc.
• Manage governance for the People Solutions team – regular dashboards, metrics and audits

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field strongly preferred
• 3+ years of project management experience within a corporate environment
• Human Resources programs experience in a global or multi-regional context
• Vast knowledge of foundational HR data, systems and processes
• Knowledge of HR systems
• Strong capabilities with core software including Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Project, Visio or equivalent programs.
• Demonstrated experience partnering at multiple organizational levels and
across remote teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
