Description

As a Post Go-Live Project Manager in our French Operations team. You will be in charge of the implementation of all the additional services a customer needs on an already live platform.

Responsibilities:

Externally:
• Manage the full project life-cycle
• Deliver high-level customer service in French (80%) and English (20%)
• Lead workshops to collect client specifications and to provide industry standards
• Configure the application based off of client specifications
• Coordinate implementation solutions teams (configuration, IT, product ...)
• Lead follow-up meetings with customers
• Identify and analyze project risks & dependencies
• Control customer delivery and validate customer go-live
• Measure project success and identify improvements needed

Internally :
• Stay abreast of new features and products released
• Inform CSM in charge of the customer on project advancement
• Act as a subject Matter Expert on identified topics/products
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed
• Contribute to maintain and grow our internal team knowledge

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management, ideally in Saas implementation or support of HR dedicated IT solutions.
• Good technical skills to carry out projects with a pace of quick implementation (1 to 3 months on average).
• Strong oral and written communications
• Excellent client presentation skills
• Flexibility, versatility and responsiveness
• Sense of organization, discipline
• Real team player with a high sense of customer satisfaction
• Bilingual: Fluent in both written / oral French and English
• Bonus : technical basis for understanding PeopleDoc solutions (solution architecture, database and security) and sFTP/SSO setup
• Experience using in-house systems (such as ADP, Peoplesoft …) or document management systems is a strong advantage.
