The Project Manager (PM III) is a critical focal point to our Learning projects and strategic initiatives. The PM is expected to manage all projects to ensure the timely, efficient, and successful completion of projects tied to readiness and Learning overall. In addition, supports Learning Strategy and Readiness team with new product launches or larger domain readiness projects.

• Develop Project Plans in support of Learning projects.

• Track and monitor all deliverables to ensure the timely start and completion of all projects

• Clearly communicate task priorities, helping personnel adjust workload as needed

• Interact frequently with team, management, and external stakeholders to define project requirements

• Monitor projects checking actual performance against planned performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded

• Explain any deviations from planned project

• Anticipate problems or situations that could affect the project success and the team

• Manage escalated situations as proactively as possible, involving management as needed

• Collect inputs and prepare weekly and monthly status reports as required

• Provide personnel with timely, constructive, and actionable feedback that increases individual and team effectiveness


• 4+ years of project management work experience

• Planning and scheduling proficiency including Smartsheet and other project management tools

• Experience managing multiple projects

• Prepare and deliver effective presentations and status reports to the Executive leadership team

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work as part of a project team

• Ability to hold themselves and others accountable for accomplishing objectives with a positive results-focused attitude

• Bachelor’s degree in related business/technical field or equivalent work experience

• PMP Certification

• Must be able to work EST hours
