Description
The Real Estate Specialist role will work alongside our Director of Real Estate assisting in company-wide lease administration and execution for UKG’s combined commercial and coworking portfolio. In this role, you will use your experience to ensure all properties are effectively managed and utilized, and that they align with our overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will assist in the management of the company’s global real estate portfolio to include location sourcing, rental reviews/payments, acquisition support and property dispositions.Qualifications
About You:Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in corporate real estate management or related field
- Knowledge of commercial real estate leasing
- Experience managing a large real estate portfolio and processing rent payments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly organized with superior attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data
- Demonstrated efficient work methods and an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
