UKG are looking for a results-driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to bring our presence in the South-East Asia region to the next level. Working remotely from Singapore or Hong Kong and reporting to the GM of ANZ SEA, the Regional Sales Manager will oversee our sales efforts in the region with a primary focus on our Singapore, Hong Kong and Macau market territories.

This position requires a dedicated people leader with proven strategic sales and deal crafting experience. A successful candidate will need to use superior management skills to drive our high performing sales team to continued success.


Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the SEA region.
• Develop, coach, and retain a highly effective team with the ability to anticipate and quickly evolve new and different types of opportunities in this dynamic market. Invest time and resources required to ensure that a culture of development and enablement are inculcated into the mindset of the team.
• Sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers in a large specified geographic area.
• Manage sales pipeline through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
• Achieve annual assigned individual and team goals and support your sales team's productivity and performance, ensuring they achieve their assigned sales quota.
• Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
• Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
• You’ll be approaching and working directly with executive decision makers, closing new business opportunities and delivering results that will be visible across our business.
• This position also requires succeeding in a global and highly matrixed organisation. You will need to demonstrate exceptional collaboration and communication skills to effectively engage with local and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Expertise in software selling is expected and experience in Cloud, SaaS (3 - 5 years selling SaaS is ideal).
• Proven experience in Sales Leadership and People Management, having a good track record of hiring, managing, motivating and developing a team of high quality, success-oriented sales executives.
• An aptitude in selling through to C-level decision makers is also a key requirement for this role.
• Superior relationship management, collaborative approach, and superior communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority at all levels of the organization, including peers, direct reports, and senior leadership
• You will be consultative and innovative, working with your team members to enable clients and stakeholders to embrace Cloud workforce management solutions across their organization
• Having previously sold workforce or human capital management solutions is ideal, but not necessary.
• A bachelor’s degree, and an MBA in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience advantageous
