Description & Qualifications


UKG is seeking a customer focused and highly energetic individual to join our Payment Services (PS) Launch Team. Payment Services strives to deliver exceptional quality service through the life cycle of our customer partnership. As part of the PS Launch Team, the Implementation Rep Profile Builder is responsible for specific implementation tasks which are necessary to accomplish a compliant and timely start.
-Partner with the PS Launch Primary and the Global Delivery team to provide support for new implementation projects from every market.
-Build customer tax profiles and input beginning tax balances using supplied documentation and/or through customer communication.
-Using Payment Services implementation methodology, ensure compliant customer setup prior to activation.
-Partner with customers to resolve any setup problems in a timely manner.
-Maintain consistent communication with customers, internal business partners or third parties to ensure their assigned activities are completed by the milestone target dates.
-Ensure Customers understand how to set up tax codes after they go live.
-Manage multiple competing priorities with tight deadlines in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
-Manage projects in an organized, proactive, and independent manner to meet all required time frames and commitments.
-Train and mentor new hires.
-Participate in initiatives to improve PS Launch processes and rollout new technology internally and to Customers.


Required Qualifications:
-Strong problem-solving skills
-Self-starter who seeks out what they need rather than waiting for it to be delivered
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Excellent customer services skills
-Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
-Ability to exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

Preferred Qualifications:
-General understand of payroll and payroll tax industry experience
-Experience with data auditing, case management experience, and data control
-Previous experience with SaaS based customer data profiling, configuration, and data updates
-Experience working directly with customers
-Process/operational excellence experience is a plus
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field or equivalent work experience
