The UKG Sales Academy Program is a year-long program that provides UKG Sales Associates with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience necessary to become stellar UKG Sales and/or Sales Support professionals.
Working as part of a team cohort as well as on group projects, Sales Associates will gain exposure to multiple disciplines of the Sales organization through rotational experiences. Sales Associates will hone their craft by being exposed to both real-life and role play scenarios.

Experienced gained includes but is not limited to: Human Capital Management Industry expertise, competitive intelligence, product knowledge, presentation skills, discovery skills, sales best practices, client profiling, active listening, value assessment, proposals, sales tools/technology as well as global sales, and cultural awareness.

Responsibilities could include:
• Learn and apply our selling methodologies in role playing exercises
• Develop functional knowledge of UKG’s CRM, Salesforce, including training on account management, deal quoting, etc.
• Conduct research on potential new customers to identify needs and/or gaps to support deal strategies
• Demonstrate ability to determine Return on Investment (ROI) and value assessments analysis of client accounts

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Desire for a long-term career path in sales or sales support capacity
• Working knowledge of Microsoft suite, with an emphasis in Excel
• A quick learner with new software and computer applications
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage and connect with internal and external partners

Travel:
• There is a requirement to spend the first week of the program in one of our corporate offices for orientation, onboarding, and training.
• There will be at least two events at corporate headquarters during the program.
• There may be other opportunities for travel to company-sponsored sales events.

Program Dates:
The program will begin in June 2023.

UKG is unable to sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for our Sales Academy program, including students on temporary sponsorship through OPT. All applicants must be eligible to work in the US with no restrictions.

Colorado and New York Pay Law

The base pay for this position in Colorado is $60,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
