Job Summary:
The Sales Controller is in charge to control all the bookings process, calculate the sales commissions, he/she is envolved in the Revenue transformation control, Data tracking.
The Sales Controller is in charge of implementing new processes related to Bookings, commissions and Revenue transformation tracking.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
Partners follow up:
• Write a process for each partners - how to track the transformation
Partners Bookings
File follow up to track Booking transformation vs employees live on the PeopleDoc platforms
• SME partner – Billing, transformation, credit note, meeting and communication partner/Billing + Export BI.
• Data Reconciliations with our Partners ( Meta 4, Cegid, Sage, Silae, E Paye, NGA)
• Partnerships tracking (Arago) – Billing / SOW Implementation / Collections / Pricing– International + US

• Involved in the SalesForce migration to one single groupe instance
• Involved in the Sales coms tools migration

• In charge of updating and controlling, the Backlog for recurring revenue and Backlog for set up revenue. She/He is involved in regular discussion with implementation team + billing.
• Check point contractual with Sales Ops – Pricing/Billing conditions
• Process for direct / indirect customers – Communicate the consumptions
• Closing tasks: Bookings, Sales commissions, Backlog bridges and transformations.
• Make sure the Booking Process and Sales Commissions calculations are follow up
Business Partnering:

• Automation Projects after SF migration:
• Sales Order Automation into Sales Force – Intagrated into the Booking process in place
• Automating CSM commission with Salesforce
• Sales Order dashboard automation for Netsuite Invoicing
• Backlog follow up automation
• BDR Commission Automation
• Booking in Sales Force : Animate the teams to make sure the data is correctly field into the tool
• Coordinator functional and operational with all department to solve the processes gaps .
• Producing Dashboards


Required Qualifications:
Curious, Autonomous, Sociable
Proven experience on a similar position
Master / Bachelor in Sales Administration
