As part of the Sales Support Organization, the primary target of the Sales Enablement Specialist is to help and enable the Account Executives to win new business. To meet business goals in a hypergrowth SaaS environment and a competitive landscape, it is essential for us to continuously train and update the Sales Team. To always be ahead of the competition in terms of market environment, product expertise, and business & competitive knowledge.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Operations team to develop, deliver and maintain training programs for the UKG HR Service Delivery (HRSD) international sales team. You will collaborate with sales leadership in each of our sales regions to help drive the harmonization of sales processes, tools, and strategies, with the goal to build a robust and reportable sales process. This role will be key in providing the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, skills, and knowledge to accelerate sales cycles and ultimately more successful in selling UKG HRSD solutions.

The Sales Enablement Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional departments, especially Product Marketing, PreSales and Value Engineering, to exchange current product, positioning and competitive knowledge.

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-paced individual, capable of creating and further developing existing materials, content, and enablement projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of the strategic market positioning, sales strategy, and go-to-market approach for UKG HRSD solutions, aligned with our senior sales leadership.
• Develop an onboarding enablement program for new Account Executive’s (and PreSales Consultants) to ensure new members to the sales team can be productive and professional within a short timeframe.
• Training of the sales team to include product/vision/value messaging, competitive intelligence, sales processes and the use of sales materials and tools.
• Create and establish processes for win/loss analysis, competitive updates, and deal strategy reviews.
• Trainings also include the simulation of customer situations / conversations / pitches to prepare for the sales team for real life prospect interaction.
• Coaching and direct interaction with account executives to ensure long-term proficiency of trainings and to increase individual success.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a software sales environment, with a proven background in sales strategy or Sales Enablement methodology.
• You will be creative and able to conceptually design sales processes and execute changes.
• A genuine passion for delivering innovative content and trainings to the sales team.
• Excellent communication, with an ability to win sales leadership’s support and buy-in for proposed enhancements.
• Fluency in English and one of German or French would be essential.
• Previous exposure in presenting and reframing complex concepts so that a non-subject matter expert audience can understand.
• Knowledge of Human Resource practices, especially in a (shared) Service Center environment is a plus. As is, being familiar with the workings of SharePoint and Salesforce.
