UKG is looking for experienced and dynamic sales professionals to join UKG, the global leader in workforce management solutions.
As part of this role the candidate will be responsible to manage sales directly for key accounts in India. Incumbents are individual contributors and carry their own sales quota.
Some of the key responsibilities of the role are as below:
• Net new account acquisition will be the primary responsibility. Though the account manager will also have to manage an install base to drive additional revenue.
• Sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers
• Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning
• Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers
• Manage an ecosystem of partners both resellers and system integrators to drive higher velocity in sales
• Excellent communication skills. Should be able to hold CxO relations and conversations
• UKG solution and Value selling with in depth knowledge of varied industry messaging from Manufacturing to Services. Micro vertical focus as might be required for engagements
• Large & Emerging Accounts focus. Ability to construct and structure cloud deals suitable as per the market and opportunity
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills along with contractual agreement closure.

Qualifications

• Job duties are varied and complex requiring independent judgment
• Field sales and engagement experience with focus on large strategic accounts including applications sales exposure
• You must be able to demonstrate a successful sales track record within verticals like Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, IT/ITES & New age companies
• Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills. Successful sales track record.
• Ability to interact with CXOs and build relationships
• Team player. Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills. Travel may be required
• Preferred Qualifications: Strong educational credentials. Preferably MBA from a top tier institute
• Must demonstrate confidence, character, and leadership and communicate effectively under pressure
• Traveling as may be required from time to time by plane or by car
• Must have enough technical skills to use UKG’ demo tools, databases, and to function professionally with their own PC
• Can ask hard questions to uncover the truth
