About the Team:
Our sales organization has experienced tremendous growth quarter over quarter! We take great pride in the fact that our sales organization has had the highest employee engagement in the company! This team prospects new sales opportunities within our fast-growing Manufacturing Vertical. They develop and execute a winning sales strategy, develop new prospect opportunities and expand our presence with our current customer base.

About the Role:
• Sell in the vertical of Manufacturing (preference Automotive and CPG, retail or Services & Distribution with 1K ee's or more)
• Generate Pipe in accounts of more than 1,000 employees
• Identifying and creating a compelling business need and ROI for each prospect opportunity
• Creating and communicating the value of UKG solution in order to successfully engage, and sell to, C-level decision makers of the manufacturing vertical

Qualifications

About You:
Basic Qualification:
• Accustomed to sales of value proposals with an average ticket of $150K to $700K
• Be able to meet/exceed an annual quota $700K USD / year of SW (ARR)
• 3+ years' of experience in sales of SW IT solutions to enterprise companies
• 2+ years' of experience in long time sales cycle (six months or more)
• Fluent in written and verbal English

Preferred Qualification:
• Experience managing his/her opportunities in a CRM.
• Experience of SW value sales (company names, solutions sold, names and roles of contacts of CX levels)
• Experience of sales in New Names (Hunters no Farmers)
• Experience in contract negotiations
