UKG’s SMB and Mid-Market Sales teams focus on driving growth in the fastest growing segment across Europe . We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to utilize their people management experience to motivate and inspire their team to sell Human Capital Management (HCM) / Software-as-a- Service (SaaS) into business with 200- 1200 global employees

Our suite of solutions is market leading in the human capital management space and we have incredible success with some of the world’s leading brands. By identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important customers, this role will drive both business and professional growth for the successful applicant.

You will be responsible for:

• Be a ‘hands on’ manager that is out selling with the team
• Be on the front line, providing the team support throughout the sales cycle
• Establish rigour around measurements of success
• Creating sales cadence and predictability with performance and revenue growth
• Focus on team management; coaching, development and mentoring to drive success
• Build a strong sense of team camaraderie that’s based on collaboration and trust
• Act as an ambassador and role model to your team
• Build strong internal relationships (marketing, presales, professional services) to deliver value to our clients
• Leveraging best practices to take the team to the next level
