Description

UKG is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional to join the Sales Operations team. The Sales Operations Specialist provides operational and strategic support to a group of Sales Executives. The Specialist is an integral partner to their Sales team and consistently ensures functional excellence and efficiencies.

Job responsibilities:

• Partner with the Sales team to deliver high-quality documentation for each sales opportunity
• Liaise with internal partners to assist with escalations and obtain approvals for special circumstance requests
• Think outside the box to align unique customer needs with UKG offerings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet or exceed customer expectations
• Innate ability to comprehend and comply with internal processes and policies, including auditing documents throughout the quote to order process to ensure high-quality output
• Update Salesforce throughout the sales cycle to ensure data integrity
• Onboard new Sales Executives to work efficiently with Sales Operations
• Innate ability to embrace evolving technologies to support business needs
• Willing to work extended hours to cover month/quarter/year-end business requirements
• Maintain customer support relationships with existing clients allowing sales to pursue additional opportunities
• Processing of executed contracts on behalf of sales and monitor them to ensure release and fulfillment

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-secondary education or relevant work experience in a sales or customer service environment
• Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, and Microsoft applications is strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results
• Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Availability for limited travel as needed (2-3 times annually)
