Description & Requirements


Identify, design, build and deploy security processes and improvements. Document, diagram and evaluate processes to identify gaps, gain efficiency and strengthen UKGs security posture. Partner with internal business units to document and advance processes, improve integrations and facilitate collaboration between the security team and business units to remediate security risks. Must maintain confidentiality and securely handle sensitive information. Manage enterprise process transformation projects, lead process discovery and design workshops, coach process owners, and measure and report on process performance. Train internal teams, measure adherence to processes and mature the process throughout the lifecycle.


- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt principles.
- 2+ years of direct Business Process Management (BPM) experience
- 2+ years working experience using modeling methodologies (ANSI, BPMN 1.0 or 2.0.). BPMN 2.0 is preferred.
- Experience with process modeling software (MS Visio, Lucidchart), work tracking and productivity tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, MS O365).
- Experience using ‘Agile’ methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experienced in partnering with technical resources.
- Must possess exceptional analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
