Description & Requirements


The Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting the general ledger accounting team in ensuring the month-end close procedures are completed timely and accurately. This position will perform monthly analyses, balance sheet reconciliations, prepare journal entries in accordance with US GAAP and support integration activities.

• Prepares reconciliations between sub-ledger and general ledger systems
• Prepares non-recurring and recurring journal entries monthly and/or quarterly
• Reconciles balance sheet accounts on a monthly and/or quarterly basis
• Assist in integration activities related to acquisitions and implementations of new systems.
• Supports the accounting team in implementing process improvements once identified
• Maintain/improve existing internal controls


Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft D365 program is a plus.
• Experience in working for SAAS company preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Overall working knowledge of US GAAP.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• 3+ years of accounting work experience
• CPA is highly preferred and public accounting (Big 4) highly preferred
