Description

The Senior Application Support Specialist is expected to deliver high quality support to our UKG Ready customers, while utilizing outstanding customer service skills and techniques that promote customer satisfaction and retention. This position will provide end user support for the Ready Time and Labor, Human Resources and Payroll modules.

•The role will require the Senior Application Support Specialist to assist customers with the use and usability of our Ready application
•Provide help desk support of assigned cases including outbound call backs, e-mails, chat and internal support tickets
•Document all interactions with accounts and create trail for others to follow
•Ability to successfully work both independently and as a part of a team
•Develop strong relationships with internal partners and communicate with people at all levels of the organization via multiple communication platforms
•Provide world-class customer service with a proactive approach for customer satisfaction, technical expertise, and thorough and timely responses to customers
•Perform excellent analysis, problem determination and troubleshooting skills with the ability to know when to escalate
•Acquire, maintain, and expand knowledge of the Ready product offerings, current support policies, and methods of support delivery

Qualifications

•3-5 years of experience using Time & Attendance, Payroll and/or Human Resource applications or related experience preferred
•Strong demonstrated technical troubleshooting skills
•Exceptional organizational, time-management and planning skills with a strong attention to detail necessary
•Focus on customer service and satisfaction required
•Previous help desk, payroll processing administration or other HCM related responsibilities required experience is desired
•Experience in handling difficult or sensitive situations in a professional, timely, and thorough manner
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
•Strong decision-making, multi-tasking, analytical, and deductive reasoning skills
