Description
Our Business Development Representatives are an integral part of our Commercial cycle. They leverage strong prospecting and business development skills to generate incremental revenue opportunities for the UKG Sales organization. In this position you will work closely with Marketing and Sales team to increase the number of qualified opportunities produced.Duties include but are not limited to:
• Proactively identify and qualify business opportunities and generate new sales opportunities through aggressive prospecting, networking and follow-up to marketing campaigns
• Qualify Opportunities thoroughly and document the information for the sales organization to assist in account development and market penetration efforts
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of UKG and our products and solutions to enhance customer or prospects knowledge of UKG and communicate the value of UKG solution
• Maintains a high volume of daily outreach (number of outbound calls, personalized & well-written emails, social networking, etc.) to increase the number of live conversations
• Document everything in our CRM and other productivity tools to ensure high quality data capture and smooth lead flow
• To maintain productive relationships with prospects, gathering key information to assist in the sales process; and productive relationships internally to generate business opportunities.
• Completes special projects and other duties as required.

Qualifications
• 5+ years previous experience in business development, prospecting and cold calling, sales and/or customer service required; preferably in a high technology (software) environment• BA/BS preferred
• Salesforce or other CRM experience
• Must be fluent in English & Spanish (written and verbal)
• Excellent communication skills at the C-level both externally with customers and prospects; internally able to develop strong interpersonal relationships, acting as a team player with stakeholders & U Krewers
• Highly effective skills in the following areas: problem solving, decision making organizational / time-management
• High self-motivation, responsibility, and emotional flexibility to achieve results
• Proven ability to work independently, highly organized and effective in handling multiple detail-oriented projects in a fast-paced environment
• Attentive to details and focus on results
