What we’ll do for you to make each day amazing?
You’ll often be making the first impression of UKG to our prospects - it is imperative we invest in you as to enable you to make that first impression truly amazing.
We’ll train and develop you to position yourself as a trusted advisor, allowing you to help and support the prospective buyer. You’ll share great resources, recommend that they attend events and connect decision makers to UKG sales representatives who will take the conversation forward.

This position is open to candidates working remotely in Europe !

As a business development representative, you will:
• Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects, scheduling discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects through cold calling and online prospecting
• Collaborate with your colleagues in the marketing team to drive outbound sales campaigns that generate new leads, nurture existing leads and identify upsell opportunities in existing accounts where appropriate
• Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer to determine the prospect's interest in Workforce management/Human Capital management and/orPeople Operations related products

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience
• Mandatory Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English. German is a plus.
• You have proven success in lead generation.
• Have a consistent record of overachieving goals.
• Experience in SaaS/Cloud solutions and understanding of the HR market is preferable, but not critical.
• You have a creative approach at prospecting for B2B customers.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or experience using other CRM systems.

• is socially savvy, especially someone who is very comfortable using LinkedIn.
• is articulate and has good business acumen and commercial awareness.
• is target driven and a self-starter.
