As part of UKG’s Strategic Talent Program Recruiting Team, this recruiter will focus on college hiring for Engineering teams. The recruiter will be part of a fast-paced team that cultivates and develops strong relationships with partner universities to influence decision-making and attract top talent to internship and full-time positions. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and HR business partners to determine strategic staffing needs and align with internship program hiring to create a robust strategic talent pipeline.

The Strategic Talent Programs team focuses on both early career development (college hiring) and specialized career development (mid-career training programs) and the programs needed to deliver diverse talent for these recruitment areas.
• Work closely with hiring managers to achieve staffing objectives by sourcing, recruiting and evaluating top talent.
• Act as talent advisor to management by developing and driving recruitment strategies in a highly competitive market
• Drive the sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process
• Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
• Champion and ensure an impressive candidate experience through communication & timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format
• Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns and sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain long-term relationships at target universities with key faculty, professors, administration, and student organizations
• Promote company on campus and attend college fairs, and recruiting events
•Focus on diversity hiring for all college recruiting programs


• 2-3 years of experience within recruiting college recruiting or high volume recruiting.
• Knowledge of full-cycle including sourcing, competency-based interviewing, negotiations/closing, and candidate relationship management
• Experience planning and executing on-campus events with a focus on early engagement, education, and strategic branding
• Understanding of college sourcing and pipeline devolvement and management
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency
• Passionate about college recruiting and providing an amazing candidate experience
