Description & Qualifications


An opportunity to participate in the worldwide growth of the business. This legal role will provide legal, commercial, and operational support to our Sales, Services, Cloud and Sales Operations teams during customer negotiations. The Contracts Negotiator will provide negotiation support for customer agreements in assigned territories/verticals. The contract negotiator will participate in the organization and application of the legal sales support process from the initial intake process to the final signature of the engagements.

• Responsibilities include participation in the intake and support process, as well as maintenance of Masters Software as a Services Agreements.
• Responsibilities include negotiating, drafting changes, reviewing, structuring, and administrating agreements that establish business relationships with customers.
• This person will assist and cooperate with other contract negotiators and attorneys to support sales transactions to ensure compliance to company policies, applicable laws/regulations and other established guidelines and requirements, as well as resolving customer and Field Sales inquiries to achieve high-level customer satisfaction in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
• This person is flexible to work on “ad hoc” projects and other responsibilities within the legal department.


• Negotiator skills, organizational skills and attention to details
• Bilingual English - French
• Ability to work in an independent yet collaborative environment
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing workplace priorities.
• Strong skills in drafting with Word and using other digital tools.
• Bachelor degree in a related field is a plus.
