Build and lead a global team focused on operations support for all current and future cloud services offerings. Improve our cost effectiveness, our service quality, our scalability and reliability and will have a profound influence on the company’s overall strategy and business outcomes. The person who assumes this role must have a deep technical background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a track record of operational success.

• Lead execution of strategy across multiple functional and geographic areas ensuring all stakeholders are aligned; solve complex, cross-organizational issues
• Maintain leadership presence in a dynamic, high activity environment.
• Leverage and motivate the current Cloud Services team and platform to create the maximum value while supporting our growth strategy
• Develop and implement a plan to expand and improve upon current plan and business support capabilities to increase availability and reliability of our operations
• Drive world-class infrastructure levels of availability and reliability as aligned with business requirements; promote emerging technologies and approaches for operations and infrastructure capabilities
• Establish and sustain a customer-focused attitude that is highlighted by a continuous improvement process
• Provide the leadership needed to position the Cloud Services organization as a critical-need, value adding organization
• Take responsibility for ensuring that the security of our environment is hardened by remediating any vulnerabilities
• Provide both sales and prospective customers articulate technical perspectives related to the products, environment and practices
• Identify, manage and optimize our vendor relationships; evaluate sourcing and vendor delivery options
• Implement appropriate operational management processes in the Cloud Services area in support of organizational needs
• Lead a international team of 70 employees, ensuring effective, timely and productive execution
• Define quality standards for infrastructure; ensure that they are maintained and improved; understand, manage, and report on operating costs.


• A minimum of 10 years of Information Technology experience with a proven track record in deploying automation, SaaS operations, internal and external SaaS infrastructure, security and cost management
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in business or computer-related discipline, Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years management experience with exceptional leadership skills; demonstrated success in building and motivating teams as well as driving business-enhancing change initiatives with SaaS-based software approaches
• Demonstrated ability to influence and execute in a dynamic, matrixed environment
• Experience leading high availability SaaS operations in high volume settings
• Experience leading and managing large teams across multiple regions
• Ability to balance short term tactical decisions with long term strategic thinking
• Ability to handle multiple high profile issues simultaneously.
• Broad technology experience, to include leading teams in the areas of operations management and infrastructure
• Experienced in solutions partnering and sourcing analysis
