We are looking for a passionate product leader to be part of the UKG Product team supporting the effort of evolving our industry-leading suite of Human Capital Management and Workforce Management products. The Senior Director, Product Management – AI/ML is responsible for driving innovative solutions to client problems that will scale across thousands of clients of all sizes and complexities. This is a high-visibility and high-impact role with critical responsibilities that will shape the future of UKG’s offerings, driving innovation, and helping our customers realize the incredible possibility of UKG. We are committed to finding the best candidates -- well-versed in product and business strategy, capable of deftly communicating technical concepts to wide audiences, and an inventive, curious thinker.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead our Artificial Intelligence portfolio for all of UKG – award-winning products that serve the full span of the HCM lifecycle and WFM. Your work will include evangelizing the role of AI/ML in building leading products, being a player-coach for a team of Product Management professionals in defining and delivering on strategic roadmaps, and collaborating and influencing portfolio peers as well as internal and external stakeholders—sales, marketing, customers, prospects, industry analysts, and more.

The ideal candidate will have an impressive track record in delivering robust, scalable intelligence-based solutions to market. S/he will have demonstrated leadership in AI roles or have significant experience in data science and large scale, high-performance systems. The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to thrive in highly matrixed organizations, collaborating with a broad range of teams, and growing and developing their team.

Responsibilities Will Include

Create the product vision and strategy for UKG’s core AI capabilities, delivery platforms, and customer experiences by identifying new opportunities across the UKG suite

Lead strategy and planning for the AI roadmap to drive aggressive growth in product adoption and business impact across a suite with over a dozen unique offerings

Oversee the development roadmaps for a wide range of AI solutions, effectively balancing short-term impact with long-term transformation with focus on quality

Formulate and communicate high-level product portfolio strategy, ensuring that plans create the most compelling business solution while ensuring overall competitive positioning in the market and high-value solutions that truly solve customer problems

Exhibit abundant imagination, but also ruthlessly prioritize (saying “No” isn’t difficult for you)

Recruit, develop and mentor world-class product talent.

About You

You’ve worked for 10-15+ years in Product Management at a technology-driven organization, with a proven track record of bringing intelligent solutions to market

You have demonstratable history thriving at the forefront of emerging technologies at scale, leveraging AI/ML to deliver for the customer the eye-popping capabilities that address market trends, competitive pressures, and available opportunities

You are an evangelist of how technology can unlock business value and customer experiences

You can collaborate with multiple teams to enhance our current capabilities and drive the execution of the AI/ML product roadmap and evolution including concept, development, feature enhancements and tradeoffs

You are a skilled listener and communicator, both verbally and written, who can engage colleagues and clients with confidence with your strong presentation skills and able to communicate with people from varying functional areas and levels of responsibility ranging from analysts to C-suite

If no experience in HCM or WFM directly, you have excellent evidence of your ability to enter a new space and build expertise rapidly

Bachelors’ degree required with an advanced degree preferred; or equivalent meaningful experience
