In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to build and scale our UKG Data & Analytics Platform team. Your work will impact both internal and external stakeholders. You will lead the efforts to create data-centric products helping UKG serve our customers. You will be responsible for analytics maturation and evangelization and building a global platform that would serve insights and foresight to all parts of the business.

Qualified candidates are highly motivated, innovative, and solution-driven with experience in shaping cohesive, customer service, support, and engagement experiences. This role will be pivotal to the success and evolution of our data and analytics portfolio as it scales to its next level while maintaining our position as an industry leader in its space. The ideal candidate is an accomplished, high-energy, collaborative leader who has a proven track record.

Responsibilities
• Analyzing overall market opportunity and accounting for strengths/weaknesses that address gaps, positioning, and buying process.
• Managing and supporting businesses across multiple geographies
• Leading and growing a team of product managers, business analysts, and UX designers
• Championing the definition and creation of key processes and tools that enable the offerings to scale
• Exhibiting abundant imagination, but also ruthlessly prioritizing. (Saying “No” isn’t difficult for you.)
• Being able to go deep into both technical huddles with engineers/architects and strategic discussions with executives
• Managing competing priorities with consistency and transparency
• Successfully collaborating with partners throughout the company to ensure success
• Extrapolating ideas with different product groups and turning them into viable solutions

Qualifications

Qualifications
• 10-15+ years in a platform product management capacity at a technology-driven organization.
• Ability to be an analytical, metrics-driven thinker who is deeply empathetic and leads with a user-centered approach.
• Be an evangelist of how platforms can unlock business value and customer experiences through self-serve APIs and tools.
• Excellent history of listening to users, understanding their needs, and creating improvements to meet those needs.
• Have a strong track record of shaping and executing strategy for products through a roadmap and tight collaboration with engineering.
• Able to learn new technologies quickly and can comfortably and effectively discuss the tradeoffs and benefits of various approaches with your product/engineering peers.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across teams to align different groups to common goals and ensure the delivery of a complicated roadmap.
• You can take deeply technical concepts and break them down in order to communicate with a wider audience
• You’re committed to collaboration and can work well with other business units to build iterative solutions that continuously deliver value
• You have a proven track record of entering a new space and building expertise rapidly
• You are a firm believer in change and have extensive experience leading enterprise products and platforms
