Description

As a Senior Engineering Manager, Identity & Access Management at UKG, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation. Straddling the line between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, you are well versed in business strategy, capable of communicating deftly about technical topics, and passionate about the importance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) as a first-class part of our product suite. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to build and scale Identity and Access Management platform to serve thousands of customers with millions of users. You will drive consolidation of our IAM assets to a single ubiquitous platform that will serve products across UKG.

Qualified candidates are highly motivated, innovative and solution-driven with experience in shaping cohesive engineering teams and a passion for delivering quality solutions and driving adoption. Ideal candidates have experience leading the development of IAM solutions to support high scale, Multi-tenant, software as a service product suite. This role will be pivotal to the success of our product suite as it scales to its next level while maintaining our position as an industry leader in the human capital management space. The ideal candidate is an accomplished, high energy, collaborative leader who has a proven track record.

• Setting the vision and strategy for our product IAM platform
• Building and care for an exceptional engineering team
• Driving execution of our IAM platform roadmap
• Successfully collaborating with partners throughout the company to drive IAM platform adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related engineering field
• 8+ years of hands-on technical experience building an Identity & Access Management platform for a large-scale, multi-tenant, SaaS product suite targeting businesses and enterprises
• Strong track record of shaping and executing strategy for technical products through a roadmap and tight collaboration with product management teams
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Experience building and leading large engineering teams
