About the Team:
As part of the Revenue Operations & Analysis team in Finance, this position will report into the VP Finance and be responsible for the quality of bookings and a single focal point for L2N (Lead to Nurture) within the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) community.

About the Role:
This is an exciting, challenging, and highly visible role for a motivated, experienced manager to lead UKG’s FP&A support of L2N and related analytics associated with the Bookings to Revenue conversion processes in this especially important focus area for UKG. The L2N process at UKG encompasses the data attributes, including customer and product taxonomy, from the creation of the customer opportunity to the nurturing of the customer through its life cycle with UKG.

• Lead, manage, develop, and mentor a team of analysts. Providing direction, support and empowerment in both day-to-day work and overall professional development.
• Project management to ensure key corporate financial deliverables are delivered accurately and timely.
• Develop strong partnerships within the FP&A leadership team, IT, Business Operations, and other key business owners to influence strategy development, process changes, etc.
• Ensure one sole source of truth with UKG bookings, including effective controls and compliance with a focus on the revenue quality of the Booking.
• Provide actionable dashboard, reporting and analysis to both the business and finance teams which provide the right level of business insight in driving desired behavior in conjunction with Corporate financial objectives.
• Strengthen our understanding and influence on behalf of FP&A with the UKG Lead to Nurture Process, systems, and governance.
• Develop and support recommendations to drive business in alignment with Company strategy.
• Evaluate and analyze results of special programs and their impact(s) on the quality of the booking.
• Assist in developing new metrics that help drive business success.
• Leverage resources and systems to gain automation and efficiency, allowing for increase in value-added analysis.
• Complete special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed.

Qualifications

About You:
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline required, MBA a plus
• 8+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis with a strong understanding of revenue accounting
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Software, SaaS, or similar technology industry experience a plus with a focus on bookings, recurring revenue, customer retention and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience with systems implementation(s)
• Experience with a sophisticated end-to-end quote to cash process
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work, effectively communicate and influence senior-level finance and business partners
• Ability to summarize and synthesize the story with large volumes of complex data
• Exceptional business judgment, attention to detail and analytical/decision making skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities, staying accountable for high quality results
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI or like tools
