UKG, Inc. is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Financial Analyst III to support our Services organization. This role will be part of a fast paced, dynamic team and will provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling to support a large Services organization in the attainment of its financial and operational goals. Core responsibilities include financial headcount management and reporting, expense analysis, variance analysis vs. budget and forecast, and timely, incisive reporting to business unit leadership and other Finance team members. The qualified candidate will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and possess a strong financial aptitude and problem-solving skills.

•Ensure headcount and expenses for the supported organizations are accurate and any variances are well understood by the key stakeholders
•Partner with finance team peers and business unit leadership to create annual expense budgets and quarterly forecasts that align with organizational goals
•Process headcount changes, update expense forecasts and ensure financial systems are updated timely and with high levels of accuracy
•Provide timely analysis and reporting on expenses across the entire Services organization
•Work cross-functionally with other business leads and senior management to create and develop new business metrics that help drive business success
•Respond to ad-hoc queries from stakeholders which may include extensive research, working with cross functional teams, and preparing related content in support of the objectives
•Complete special projects as requested and collaborate with other business units within the Services umbrella


•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
•3+ years of financial analysis experience as a Financial Analyst or Business Analyst, with a track record of success
•A process-improvement mindset
•Strong business analysis skills with a proven ability to synthesize data and create actionable reporting for all levels of management and key stakeholders
•Proven advanced knowledge of Excel and other MS Office product expertise
•Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
•Ability to work independently with limited supervision is required
•Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
•TM1 (IBM Planning Analytics) experience preferred but not required
