This dynamic position, residing in the Finance organization, requires an innovative individual capable of affecting change within the organization. This person will work across all areas of the Global Finance organization to achieve greater efficiency and automation, using UKG business systems and reporting tools. Through analysis of operational data, the Financial Systems Analyst V will identify data quality issues and participate in their prioritization, scoping, and resolution. They will work closely with Revenue Team members and cross-functional groups to accumulate, cleanse, analyze data and interpret the results. The ideal candidate should have a deep background in ERP and CPQ applications and related financial processes and flows. This person should be comfortable working with senior levels of UKG management in recommending new solutions and the development of new processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform revenue data analysis using various techniques, e.g., transactional research, database queries, sampling, statistical analysis, etc.
• Determine root cause issues, determine scope of their impact and prioritized issues to team for resolution.
• Analyze data underlying business transactions and verify the accuracy of that data as presented in our systems.
• Coordinate prioritization and monitoring of data quality improvements with all contributing resources across the organization.
• Collaborate with technical resources including developers, quality analysts and business analysts.
• Conduct business process analyses and needs assessments to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.
• Drive system related topics on global finance process improvement initiatives.
• Translate high-level business requirements to functional specifications for IT and manage changes to those specifications.
• Participate in strategic enterprise initiative surrounding the ERP/CPQ/EDW spaces.
• Build, and maintain, relationships with key finance stakeholders and effectively advocate their positions in cross functional settings.


Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with an accounting or finance concentration
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills; ability to weigh various suggested solutions against the original business needs and choose the most effective solution
• Broad technical aptitude; ability to learn new systems and information quickly
• Minimum 10 years business experience in the use of business applications with a revenue focus
• Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a demonstrated understanding of how to interpret customers’ business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Innovative - ability to challenge the status quo, to achieve greater efficiencies in the Finance organization
• Experience driving system related topics on global finance process improvement initiatives
• Experience working with ERP applications (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O)
• Experience working on cross functional teams and also display the initiative to work independently
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), planning and organization skills
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, Visio, and reporting/query tools
• High degree of initiative and capacity to lead multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving

Other Skills and Qualifications
• Training in the business analysis, quality, and/or process management disciplines
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL queries and browsers
