Join our Implementation team as an Integration Consultant and you’ll support Kronos Full Suites and prepare, design and document all processes. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our global customers, consultants and project managers, communicating and understanding goals to complete tasks on time and budget.
Your ability to work in complex technology environments that require a multi-product solution combined with your ability to understand complex customer requirements will ensure your success in this role and visibility at the highest levels of our business.
The Integration Consultant is responsible for all data integration with the Kronos software within their assigned projects. As the lead Integration Consultant you will take responsibility to shape the integration solution, owning this part of the project from the assessment phase through to delivery and, ultimately, to go-live. Within a project you may be the only integration consultant or you may lead a number of consultants to build and test the solutions, but retaining responsibility for the design and delivering a quality, scalable solution.


Ideally you’ll have:
• Experience with Kronos or competitive products, providing some WFM domain expertise
• A background in software development or integration
• Ability to collaborate with different team/geographies
• Ability to translate requirements into robust working re-usable solutions
• Demonstrated strong communication & consulting skills – written and verbal (internal and external facing)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
• Expertise in writing complex SQL (MSSQL and/or Oracle), including ability to create and read stored procedures, functions, and views
• Experience in using XML/XSD
• Use of development tools (for example source control, defect tracking tools, etc.). Jira would be a distinct advantage.
• Experience with Dell Boomi would be a distinct advantage
• Experience of Crystal Reports or RDL reporting would be useful, though not essential
