Job Overview
We are seeking a bright, energetic, highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Legal Operations Analyst to join the Legal Operations team within the UKG Legal Department. This is a new position that will report to the Senior Manager, Legal Operations and will include responsibility for project management, knowledge management, and corporate insurance administration. This role will also be responsible for advancement and support of a Legal technology strategy as well as design and optimization of processes and procedures. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the internal stakeholders to drive decision-making and develop and execute solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
• Optimize the legal team’s implementation and adoption of technology initiatives by leading the effort to develop, implement and enhance department processes, systems and tools and making recommendations on the technology direction for the department
• Develop resources and tools for the business to self-serve legal issues, as well as develop training resources for the Legal team to use with business partners
• Administer the process for purchasing and managing the corporate insurance program for the Company, including managing all program deadlines, coordinating all documentation and deliverables and working with internal stakeholders and our broker on the requirements needed for the various applications for insurance
• Responsibility for day-to-day oversight of insurance brokers and intermediaries
• Responsible for verifying the accuracy of, and distributing, Certificates of Insurance and/or coverage verifications both internally and for external parties requiring proof of insurance.
• Develop and support programs that promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team (e.g. centralized resources, processes, memos, policies, and other learnings)
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Engineering, Infosec, People, Sales, and other operational teams

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Legal Operations or project/program management in a corporate environment (insurance experience is a plus)
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Ability to think strategically while managing the details, and to make clear recommendations
• Excellent writing skills - need to be able to break down complex processes into digestible policies and procedures that can be executed on by our Legal teams
• Demonstrated project and change management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel)
