As the Manager of Product Management, this individual will play a critical leadership role that will drive innovation across the UKG Flex platform focusing on the integration and extensibility suite. This individual will contribute to the product platform strategy while leading a team responsible for platform initiatives that carry across UKGs internal and external stakeholders. This individual is considered the go-to person internally and applies this expertise to innovate and develop offerings/solutions for unique and complex issues. This role will lead large initiatives with substantial risk, visibility, and complexity, developing the strategy as well as responsibility for the execution of the product roadmap with minimal guidance, and while influencing key decision-makers within the sub-function.

Product Strategy and Roadmap:
• Expert in multiple domain areas across the product portfolio.
• Define strategy to ensure successful product delivery in one or many domains.
• Define corresponding product area roadmap with Parent Features focused on the impact to the business.

Cross-Functional and Team Leadership:
• Build trust with a diverse team across multiple regions.
• Actively mentor Product Managers on roadmap management and how to keep focus on commitments while shifting and changing in response to the environment.
• Motivate, coach and lead a team of Product Managers for a specific domain to achieve department goals.
• Able to identify opportunities for change and to drive an initiative cross functionally with their teams.
• Work closely with engineering counterparts to create roadmaps based on capacity, come up with creative solutions to problems often thinking beyond their designated sub-stream, and make joint commitments on deliverables.

Adaptability and Management:
• Proactively manage schedule necessary to meet commitments, make recommendations to management when additional guidance is needed.
• Comfortable with the unknown and counsels PMs on the skills to pivot and shift as demands of the business and/or market change necessitating changes to the roadmap.
• Review and define overall roadmaps to ensure they align with business goals and strategy.
• Review and understand the Features being delivered by PMs across the team to ensure they are functional and complete and reaching the business objectives.

Customer and Leadership Engagement:
• Has frequent conversations with customers to understand their challenges and uncover problems to be solved.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, customers, and cross-functional groups.
• Articulate the value of solutions and understand how this impacts UKG bottom line through revenue, CSAT, etc.


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of product management experience with a track record of managing complex SaaS product portfolios, including complex platform product or equivalent
• Manager experience or equivalent leadership of a team
• Experience with data integration, developer tools and workflow solutions
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence within a complex organizational structure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership abilities.
• Strong customer focus
