UKG is looking for an exceptional Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager who will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders across the organization. This role will be responsible for overseeing the Enterprise Renewals program, managing a team of senior analysts, and creating value by guiding stakeholders through the contract renewal process. This position oversees a large portfolio of complex agreements that require independent discretion and judgement and minimal supervision. The Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing (Renewals) is a people manager and will be responsible for developing and coaching three or more analyst(s) on their team.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a multi-million dollar portfolio of software, subscription, SaaS, maintenance, and support agreements.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and senior leadership to understand strategic direction and business objectives for EPIC (Engineering, Product, Innovation, Cloud) and Digital (IT, Global Security, Risk) organizations.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies for software and services including enterprise software, cloud service providers, SaaS providers, support services, etc.
• Manage overall relationship and performance of key technology vendors and partners
• Manage internal escalations for supplier issues including price increases, changes to licensing models, and negotiation breakdown
• Proactively assess sourcing opportunities by gathering market data, assessing internal purchase patterns, understanding market conditions, to make recommendations based on these findings
• Negotiate and execute contracts in conjunction with UKG Legal and Third Party Risk teams
• Lead cross-functional teams to generate, “sell” and implement programs/solutions that reduce total cost ownership
• Assume the role of subject matter expert as it relates to our technology footprint.
• Manage, coach, and continue to develop a team of Senior Sourcing Analysts.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• 7-10+ years of Sourcing or IT vendor management experience
• People leadership experience
• Project and/or Program Management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (++ Engineering, Supply Chain, IT or equivalent)
• Proven exemplary negotiation and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships across multiple organizations
• Exemplary written and verbal communication with strong analytical, planning and execution skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
