Description & Qualifications


As a Senior Manager of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation in our products. Straddling the line between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, you are well versed in product and business strategy; capable of communicating our vision with multiple levels within UKG and our customers. You will be passionate about the importance of a cohesive experience across the UKG Pro Dimensions Suite.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to build and scale UKG's Platform Products. Your work will impact both internal and external stakeholders.
You will change how partners and customers integrate with our products and enable launching customers in diverse markets with many product offerings available to support different Go to Market strategies.

Qualified candidates are highly motivated, innovative, and solution-driven with experience in shaping cohesive, customer service, support and engagement experiences. Ideal candidates have experience in the adoption of full suite HCM & WFM products. This role will be pivotal to the success of ensuring the success of the Product team delivering on the vision for the suite. The ideal candidate is an accomplished, high energy, collaborative leader who has a proven track record.

Key skills and responsibilities:
• Managing and supporting businesses across multiple geographies
• Leading and growing a team of product managers and business analysts
• Championing the definition and creation of key processes and tools that enable the offerings to scale
• Exhibiting abundant imagination, but also ruthlessly prioritizing. (Saying “No” isn’t difficult for you.)
• Being able to go deep into both technical huddles with engineers/architects and strategic discussions with executives
• Managing competing priorities with consistency and transparency
• Successfully collaborating with partners throughout the company to ensure success
• Extrapolating ideas with different product groups and turning them into viable solutions


• 7-10 years in a platform product management capacity at a technology-driven organization
• You’re an analytical, metrics-driven thinker who is deeply empathetic and leads with a user-centered approach
• You have a history of listening to users, understanding their needs and creating improvements to meet those needs
• You have a strong track record of shaping and executing strategy for products through a roadmap and tight collaboration with engineering
• You learn new technologies quickly and can comfortably and effectively discuss the tradeoffs and benefits of various approaches with your product/engineering peers
• You have the ability to work cross-functionally across teams to align different groups to common goals and ensure delivery of complicated roadmap
• You can take technical concepts and break them down in order to communicate with a wider audience
• You are a firm believer in change and have experience leading enterprise products
• You can create an environment where people can realize their full potential

We are 'returning to each other' later this year, and will be adopting a hybrid working model of 2-3 days per week in either the Lowell MA, Weston FL or Toronto Canada offices, with the rest of the week from home.
