Reporting to the EMEA Cross-Geo Marketing Director, the Senior Marketing Manager, Partners and Alliances, EMEA is responsible for UKG’s communication and marketing plans for partners in EMEA and EM (South Africa, APAC). We’re looking for an experienced, creative and strategic B2B oriented professional, able to design a plan in line with business objectives, to organise events/webinars, to design and execute campaigns, to build a strong relationship with our tech partners and to oversee the activities carried out by local teams with our resellers.

Working closely with the wider Marketing team, the Sales and Alliances teams, the UKG Alliances team in the US as well as our partners’ marketing department, the Senior Marketing Manager, Partners and Alliances will build joint plans that develop our indirect sales revenue and make UKG the solution of choice for a variety of partners within the region.

With previous experience in marketing, preferably within a software company and working in a partners, alliances or resellers function, UKG’s new Partner Marketing Manager will be able to launch out-of-the-box initiatives that can be replicated in the different markets. Hands-on with a strategic hat, the successful candidate will be as comfortable turning a strategic objective into an actionable plan, as they will be organising a roundtable or creating a topical campaign. The role is hybrid/remote-based but will require punctual travel across Europe. An additional language beside English would be a plus (ideally German or Dutch).


Key Responsibilities:

• Together with the EMEA Cross-Geo Marketing Director and the VP Marketing EMEA, to define strategic priorities for Partner Marketing internationally and drive the execution of programmes.
• To prepare guidelines, align local teams on SLAs and methodology
• To manage the relationship and execute collaborative programmes with all cross geo partners (tech, alliances, resellers)
• To provide the local geos with “on the shelf” campaigns and programmes (e.g. new partner pack, communications, content, etc.)
• To manage the dedicated Partner Marketing budget.
• To coordinate content, field and digital teams in every geo to support lead gen for partners.
• With the help of the content team and partners enablement teams, to create, organise and distribute the right collaterals for partners.
• To be a counterpart to the International Alliances leader in taking best decisions for indirect business.
• To set metrics, benchmarks, goals; to analyse and present results, and to suggest improvements along the way.
• To build relationships with identified key partners and internal stakeholder.

Qualifications

- Prior marketing experience in B2B technology organisations
- Experience in Human Capital Management (or other business application software) Cloud Solutions
- Agile and adaptable, experience in high-growth business preferred
- Proficient in the use of Eloqua automation (or similar marketing tool such as Marketo, Hubspot or other) and Salesforce (or similar Enterprise CRM) as well as project management tools, like Trello or Asana
- Experience managing relationships with a variety of external agencies, internal and external stakeholders at all levels
