Description

The People Analytics Consultant is responsible for bringing together a wide variety of internal and external Human Resource information, distilling the information into actionable intelligence, and coordinating the communication of the information to Human Resources and Senior Management. The People Analytics Consultant will work across traditional HR functions such as Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to synthesize data, draw conclusions, and surface insights that help drive talent decisions and ultimately, business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and “intelligent reporting” that inform our end-to-end HR strategy (attract/select, develop, manage, engage, retain)
• Tie varied data points together to tell a meaningful story about how well we are executing strategy and the overall organizational health of our workforce
• Identify & maintain relevant external benchmarks and regularly communicate insights to HR and business leaders
• Act as business owner of our BI/HR reporting tool through managing the vendor relationship, product/functionality roadmap, and front-end configuration/user experience to drive adoption of “self-service” analytics
• Partner on ad hoc analytics to better understand our workforce. For example:
o Do employee referrals stay longer?
o Do specific benefits impact employee retention?
o What factors do most successful managers have in common?
o How do new hire pay trends compare to current employee base – where is there future compression risk?
• Provide insight into data governance strategies and enhancements for dashboards and consistent reporting
• Ensure stakeholder, HRBP, business leader, and HR functional area data needs are met and in accordance to data governance principles

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (computer and information science, economics, data analytics/science, mathematics, mathematical science, business administration/management, finance)
• 3-5 years of experience performing employee or customer analytics, creating dashboards, and compiling reports
• Advanced Excel skills to manage, analyze, and internalize large data sets
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (preferred Visier and BI)
• Proven experience in interacting with clients to discuss and present materials
• Ability to convey complex ideas simply and concisely
• Enjoys streamlining processes and attention to details
• Strong visualization skills
