The Coaching & Performance team is looking for a motivated Product Analyst to help bring the needs of our customers to our engineering team. The Product Analyst works directly with customers on engineering concerns, helping understand those concerns and navigating resolution with the engineering team. Coaching & Performance is a key product in the future of performance reviews in helping support holistic performance management through reviews and continuous feedback.

*Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:*

* Become a product subject matter expert for the suite of products under Coaching & Performance
* Embody a customer focus with excellent communication skills and an eye for quality.
* Communicate directly with customers in regards to details or status of product issues.
* Conduct thorough triage and root cause analysis of customer issues.
* Promote a culture of identifying a permanent solution to customer issues rather than relying on short term fixes.
* Manage multiple customer issues and collaborate with product and engineering teams on the prioritization of issues and any time commitments.


*Required Qualifications:*

* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to explain technical root cause to non-technical customers without disclosing specific engineering implementation details.
* Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
* Ability to self-organize around multiple customer issues and timelines.
* Excellent cross-functional team work skills with customers, internal team members, and other internal groups across the organization.
* Experience working with external facing customers.
* Ability to manage realistic customer expectations around whether the issue will be fixed and when it will be fixed.

*Experience, Education, Certification, License, and Training:*

* Associates/Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

* Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions especially UKGPro or Coaching & Performance tools is a plus.
* Experience with SQL is a plus.
