The Product Manager defines and evangelizes the overall strategy and vision for capabilities within our Benefits Administration domain. S/he understands the customer and market needs and drives software development priorities to maximize the product value.

In support of our culture, we will be bringing a hybrid working model that offers work from home flexibility and a physical presence of 2-3 days a week in the office.
This role can office in Weston FL, Lowell MA, Indianapolis IN, Santa Ana CA, or Alpharetta GA.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the product backlog, ideas, and dependencies.
• Represent the current product state with relevant metrics, benchmarks, and usage data.
• Reflect the overall strategy and product vision in our offering strategy and published roadmaps.
• BA/BS in Business or a Technical domain.
• Track industry trends and conduct on-going market discovery to understand competitive landscape and market differentiation of product.
• Engage with key customers and represent the product on critical internal, customer and prospect interactions.
• Work with engineering, business analyst and UX resources to identify key feature goals, user personas and scenarios and provide feedback and insight on UX and functional designs.
• Identify cross domain dependencies, set priorities, and remove roadblocks to deliver feature commitments on time and on budget.
• Partner with internal teams to bring critical customer escalations to closure.



• BA/BS in Business or Technology domains; MS/MBA preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience within the US benefits domain.
• 5+ years’ experience in Product Management, with an emphasis in shipping SaaS/cloud-based products.


• Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies and working on/with agile teams.
• Experience with common SaaS SDLC processes and technologies (re: Aha!, JIRA, etc.).
• Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams/stakeholders with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated experience with synthesis of initial product strategy and roadmap for new products.
