UKG is hiring a Business Analyst responsible for translating customer requirements into detailed stories and/or work. The Business Analyst will analyze, understand and document technical requirements and associated business processes. Candidates must be creative, highly motivated, responsible, and have a passion for solving complex problems.

Responsibilities will include:
•Work with product managers to define product requirements; includes work with internal and external stakeholders to review requirements and designs
•Translate product requirements into Agile user stories providing a high level of detail and relevant use cases
•Work closely with software architects to ensure technical designs meet product requirements
•Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure they have the information needed the development of high-quality software
•Serve as the product expert to guide engineering’s development activities

Qualifications

Basic
•Minimum 3+ years of experience in the enterprise software industry with excellent organization and documentation abilities
•An expert in translating customer requirements into product requirements with a solid command of use case methodology and requirements elicitation
•Natural academic curiosity and ability to identify and eliminate requirements ambiguity with problem-solving techniques
•The ability to work on simultaneous projects and deal with multiple competing priorities

Preferred
•Bilingual in French and English preferred.
•Experience with SQL and a general understanding of databases
•General competency in engineering disciplines (software engineering, quality assurance)
