The primary mission of the Senior Product Manager, Innovation Experimentation is to translate market and product research into actionable insights that drive prioritized, strategic product investments. The position reports to the Director of Innovation Experimentation, the primary focus being to work collaboratively to bridge product domain knowledge with practical analytical and financial models.

The role will be focused on delivering insights to enable strategic thought about our product mix, identify past and future market trends, and inform on product strategies that will drive the ongoing success of the business. The Senior Product Manager, Innovation Experimentation will develop and implement strategies and reproducible frameworks, conduct product and market research, and deliver insights through data analysis and models. These models will differ from determining intrinsic customer value to understanding potential product pricing direction and price sensitivity.

The candidate should be experienced in creating and delivering business analyses, translating detailed research into recommendations, statements of value, and ROI. The candidate should be comfortable working with product leaders to socialize insights supported by rigorous analysis and empirical evidence while also collaborating with subject matter experts across the organization to strengthen recommendations.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Work cross-functionally to research and analyze new/extended revenue opportunities; Partner with Business Intelligence to forecast potential demand.
• Develop and present compelling analyses and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Data Analysis and Synthesis: Analyze and integrate inputs (market research, financial scenarios, competitive benchmarking and consumer feedback) to identify macro, consumer, and competitive insights that inform product strategy.
• Drive the development of a reproducible framework, consolidating primary and secondary research about our customers and products into practical models and business cases.
• Develop strategic and business cases working with cross-functional teams outlining business opportunity, rationale, and plans to capture the opportunity including product and business model.


Required Qualifications:
• Pre- or post-graduate experience in management consulting, private equity, or strategy & operations at a technology company (or similar).
• Experience working on large initiatives from framing the problem, conducting research / analysis, building the business and operational plans, and driving execution through to success.
• Strong leadership and communication skills – written and verbal - to work with senior executives across various geographies and functions, comfort in business and technical discussions.
• Experience integrating high-level, strategic thought and global perspective.

Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA with a focus in strategy, analytics, finance, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of probability and statistics and experience with programming languages. (Python, SQL) and/or other tools for data analysis and visualization.
• Strong analytical and financial skills to work on complex business issues.
• Self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment.
• Key ability to multi-task and prioritize without day-to-day direction.
