Defines and drives product strategy and roadmap.
Partners with engineering to define product plans and priorities.

• Voice of the customer
• Leads advisory boards with top UKG customers
• Attends industry conferences to stay current in evolving trends
• Expert in competitive intelligence
• Customer visits
• Identifies customer requirements for current and future releases
• Member of leadership team driving planning, readiness and release.
• Works with engineering (domestic and offshore) leadership to define engineering plans and priorities
• Guides BA’s on detailed engineering deliverables.
• Attends daily scrums / sprint planning

Product Manager responsibilities include:
• Act as they key authority and point of contact for implementing product development strategies consistent with company vision
• Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
• Incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to expand product market reach
• Coordinating with engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional teams
• Ensure products and releases are launched correct and on schedule


• 5+ years of experience required as Product Manager
• 5+ years of experience in software product lifecycle management
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile framework
• 3+ years of experience with software-based project management and issue tracking systems
• Experience working with internal and external product development teams
• Passion for conceiving, creating and designing useful, innovative products
• Experience identifying various business problems or product flaws and coming up with creative solutions
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Creative thinking skills
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Retail Banking experience a plus
• YouTrack or JIRA experience a plus
