We have a great opportunity at UKG for a Senior Product Manager to be part of a product team that focuses on and leads the development of product experiences that onboard new customers onto our UKG Pro Suite.

This will include collaborating with suite domain, platform, cloud and services teams to define and deliver a unified new customer onboarding experience. This individual will be responsible to help shape and execute the overall vision of the product to drive better efficiency and ease of use of the end-to-end user experience to help improve the related customer experience by reducing complexity and time to live / task completion.

Responsibilities will include:
•Responsible for managing the technology lifecycle of new products, features and enhancements through conceptualization, requirements gathering, product specification, implementation review, and release.
•Evaluates business opportunities to optimize the product portfolio through analysis and understanding of targeted markets, market trends, customer business issues, and the competitive landscape.
•Takes accountability for the successful delivery of all roadmap releases and features along with achieving product goals and KPIs.
•Work with internal stakeholders to position products & features, design demos, developing training courses, and to ensure general organizational readiness.
•Leads discovery sessions with internal stakeholders and customers.
•Breaks the product vision into product releases and features that continuously deliver value to the customer.
•Assists services and engineering troubleshooting product escalations from customers.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 3-5 years' experience in an Agile SaaS product management
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Experience working with teams located internationally
• Commercial product management experience or similar
• ETL tools, API integrations experience supporting large data sets
• Ability to work onsite in one of our GA offices 3 days/week, from week one. Local candidates only please.

Preferred:
• Ability to use data to help inform and prioritize product decisions and priorities.
• Functional and technical knowledge of Workforce Management and Human Capital Management software
• Obsessed with delivering value to customers.
• Enterprise SaaS (Software as a Service) software solution experience
• Data Science techniques & tools a plus
• Experience working with Agile or Agile Scrum methodologies
• Able to guide individuals with different personalities and styles to a common outcome.
