Job Description:
As a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, tools, and best practices, as well as production support and maintenance of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day Salesforce development tasks.
- Serve as a Salesforce Platform expert, advising on when to use standard vs. custom solutions.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Demonstrate in-depth domain expertise and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Analyze and improve internal and external design, architecture, and development practices.
- Perform code reviews and participate in deployment processes.
- Test code with logical reasoning and detailed scenario validations, utilizing automation scripts where preferred.
- Mentor and educate others on Salesforce development methodologies, best practices, and tools.
- Engage with key stakeholders (Business System Analysts, Project Managers, Security, Governance teams, etc.) to understand and refine requirements.
- Stay updated on developments within Salesforce and third-party applications (AppExchange).
- Familiarize yourself with Salesforce Einstein for AI-driven data insights.
- Leverage Agile/Scrum methodologies and Scrum tools (e.g., Jira, DevOps).
- Exhibit strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications/Skills:
- BE/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, especially in Flow for automating complex business processes.
- In-depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience with Salesforce integrations.
- Advanced skills in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, AngularJS).
- Experience with Data integration tools (e.g., Demand tool, DataLoader).
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery processes and tools (Git, VS Code, GCP, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).

Certifications:
- Salesforce Admin 201, App Builder Certifications.
- Salesforce Dev PD1 certified (required), Dev PD2 (preferred).
- Service/Experience Cloud certification (preferred).
