Description

UKG is looking to hire a full-stack Software Engineer for one of our teams within the Platform Documents, Forms and E-Signatures domain. You will work within a global and distributed team to develop quality software aligned with product and company objectives; and take part in building one of our next generation platform products.

Responsibilities:

- Designing, developing, testing, and deploying product features
- Writing clean, robust, resilient, and secure code on the back-end and be able to contribute on the front-end
- Performing peer code reviews
- Monitoring product health and alerts
- Troubleshooting, debugging and fixing product bugs
- Maintaining an up-to-date technical documentation
- Participating in team activities to maintain an iterative lifecycle and healthy work environment

Qualifications

Required:

- An interest in both back-end and front-end development
- 5+ years of experience using Java or Kotlin
- 2+ years of experience using JavaScript and a good knowledge of Angular

Preferred:

- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, MongoDB is a plus
- Experience building event-driven microservices with Kafka
- Experience working in a team with agile practices
- Experience using Docker and Kubernetes
